Shipping policy
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, and United States. Orders are dispatched from our European fulfillment center within 2 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. To keep things simple, we offer flat rates per region:
- United Kingdom: £4.99 standard shipping, free on orders over £40
- European Union: €6.99 standard shipping, free on orders over €50
- United States: $9.99 standard shipping, free on orders over $60
Express shipping is available at checkout for UK and most EU destinations at an additional cost.
Delivery Times
Delivery times include order processing (1-2 business days) plus shipping time:
- United Kingdom: 4-7 business days standard, 1-2 business days express
- European Union: 5-11 business days depending on destination
- United States: 2-5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays during peak seasons.
EU Delivery Times by Country
For EU customers, here's a more detailed breakdown:
- 2-3 business days: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia
- 4-5 business days: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Poland, Czechia, Sweden, Finland, Slovakia, Luxembourg
- 5-6 business days: France
- 8 business days: Italy, Spain, Ireland, Slovenia
- 9 business days: Portugal
- 11 business days: Greece
- 1-3 business days (express only): Cyprus, Malta
Where We Don't Ship
We currently cannot ship to:
- Islands and offshore territories outside mainland addresses
- Mail forwarding services
- PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses

Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union (including the United States and the United Kingdom from EU dispatch) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking information. If it appears stuck or lost, contact us at support@hairzena.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
