We want you to love your Hairzena products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.
30-Day Returns
You can return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including return shipping. No questions asked.
To start a return, email us at support@hairzena.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
How to Return
- Email support@hairzena.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return (optional)
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack the unopened product securely and drop it at your nearest post office or designated drop-off point
- Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty product, please contact us at support@hairzena.com within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Products without their original packaging
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund in your account.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Customers in the UK and EU have additional rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
